The phases of Aurum are developmental thresholds, not personality labels. They help participants recognize what kind of work is being asked of them now. The Spark, Seeker, Flamebearer, Shapeshifter, Ascendant, Sovereign, Aurelion, and Luminary. Earlier phases do not disappear. They deepen. The path is a spiral, not a ladder.
