2. Walk Foundations as a student
Complete the eight modules and the Coherence Audit. Do not teach what you have not practiced.
3. Sit in a Circle
Use the Facilitator’s Guide. Keep the vessel. Witness before advice.
4. Steward the vineyard
Brand architecture, next ninety days, and the ethical vow. Grow the trunk before the branches.
Ninety-day labor
- Keep the canon, book, and program language frozen unless a contradiction is found.
- Run the first Circle with the session guide, not with improvisation.
- Complete one full pass of Foundations as the inner circle, with audits kept.
- Do not price, market, or brand-extend until the vineyard is producing.
- Protect the trunk: no lifestyle theater, no guru posture, no glitter mistaken for gold.
The ethical vow
- I will grow the vineyard before I sell the wine.
- I will not teach what I have not practiced.
- I will not use beauty as camouflage, nor spirituality to avoid accountability.
- I will refuse the guru posture. Principles above personality, including my own.
- I will not isolate anyone from family, clinical care, community, or competing perspectives.
- I will defer to medicine, therapy, and crisis care without negotiation.
- I will let price be a vessel, not a claim of worth.
- I will keep the trunk thicker than the branches.
- I will judge the work by its fruit: more truth, more repair, more service — or not.
